Article 1 - Definitions
1. Revocation = return or return
2. Reflection period= the period within which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal.

Article 3 - The offer
1. All items are second-hand. This means that every product contains signs of use. Sometimes very little, sometimes more. With every item offered for sale online or on Marktplaats, the condition is clearly indicated in the item description.
2. The description should describe the product as accurately as possible. Please check the photos of the product. If the product has signs of use, these will be clearly visible on the photos. Let us know if your product is not quite what you expected in real life.
3. All images, specifications data in our offer are indicative and cannot be a reason for compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
4. Images accompanying the products are true representations of the items. We cannot guarantee that the colours displayed correspond exactly to the real colours of the products.
Article 4 - The agreement
1. This agreement applies the moment you have actually paid for a product.
2. At Charmig, you can always pay safely in the webshop. We work with Ideal.
3. When you get your product delivered or come to collect it, we'll make sure you know where to go if you have any questions or want to return it.
Article 5 - Right of withdrawal
Want to return your purchased Charming item? No problem. Up to 14 days after you bought it, you can return it. You will receive a full refund, provided the item is in the same condition as you bought it from us. We cannot refund any shipping or transport costs; if you have used our free delivery service, we are obliged to deduct €65 from the order amount due.
If you have used our free shipping service, we are forced to deduct €6.95 from the order amount due.
Article 6 - Obligations of the consumer during the cooling-off period
1. You can always try it out, of course. Handle the product with care, though. Test it as you would in a shop.
2. If you use the product in such a way that it is no longer in that condition as you bought us, you may not get your purchase price back or only partially.
Article 7 - Exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer and costs thereof
How to return. If you wish to return it, it should preferably be sent in the same safe packaging in which you received the item. Indicate that you are returning an item via email@example.com

Article 8- The price
1. The price visible in the shop is simply the price you pay for the item.
2. As these are used items there is no VAT on them
3. This price does not include delivery charges.
Delivery is possible! We deliver throughout the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands) for FREE for orders over €100,- Delivery for items under €100,- costs €65,- Shipping with PostNL for orders over €100,- are also free. Shipping for items that can be sent by post under €100,- costs €6,95.
Transport abroad is of course also possible. Please contact us for the possibilities.
Article 9 - Fulfilment of agreement
1. All the products we sell are vintage or at least second-hand. They are not new, but in such a condition that they can pass for a second life just fine. See article 4 for more information.
2. We do not provide a warranty on the articles. If in the foreseeable future, something is not right with the article. Please let us know, so we can find a solution together.
Article 10 - Delivery and execution
1. When you have ordered an item we will deliver it as soon as possible. Smaller items are delivered by parcel service. Larger items can be delivered by appointment. We can agree on a date and time together.
Article 11 - Payment and reservations
1. Items are not reserved. After payment, your order is final and the item is yours.
3. If something is wrong in the payment details, please let us know (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Article 12 - Complaints procedure
1. Of course, we hope that you are satisfied and happy with your purchase at all times. Should you have a complaint, I would be happy to resolve it for you.
2. Send us an email describing the problem as fully and clearly as possible.
3. You will receive a response to your complaint within 5 working days at the latest. We will let you know how I can solve it for you now or I will let you know how much time I need to solve your problem later.
4. Should we not reach a solution after 4 weeks, you may refer the complaint to the dispute resolution system. Of course, we hope it will never be necessary.
Article 13 - Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Article 14 - Additional or different provisions
1. Finally: all photos were taken by Charmig. You may use and duplicate the photos, but nice to include the name, Charmig.
2. The general terms and conditions of the webshop may be amended from time to time. The buyer should always consult these general terms and conditions before using this webshop. On request, these general terms and conditions can be sent to the buyer by e-mail.

All our items are pre-loved and unique and restored by us with great care and love.
Each vintage piece of furniture has a different past, but is always expertly treated by us so that it gets a second life again.
